Salmanazar

Salty

Sniff  
Smelling the wine for tasting.  
Soft  
Wine with low in acid gives soft texture in the mouth.  
Solid  
Describes the wine with sound, well structured and firm.
Sour
Wine with sharp in  acidic or vinegary
Sparkling  
Wine pressured with carbon dioxide gas gives bubbles while opening it. Normally found in the champagne.  
Spicy  
Having the character or aroma of spices such as clove, mint, cinnamon, or pepper which often found in the complex wine.  
Spritzy  
Wine added with sight carbon dioxide, common to some very young wines; frizzante in Italy.  
Stalky  
Wine smells and tastes of grape stems.  
Stale  
Wines that have lost their fresh, lifeless, stagnant qualities, youthful qualities are called stale.
Stemmy
Stems added in the wine making process and fermented  long time
Steely
Describes firmly structured, and high acidity.

Still wine

Non sparkling wine referred as a still wine.
Stiff
Indicates Un yielding, closed, dumb.
Stoney
Describes the wine high in acidity, mouth filling sensation called stoney wine.
Strong
Describes robust, powerful, big
Structure
Indicates the wine made with its composition and proportions such as acid, tannin, glycerin, alcohol and body as it relates to a wine's texture and mouthfeel.
Stuffing
Describes big, flavorful, full-bodied wines are considered stuffing.
Sturdy
Describes bold, vigorous flavor; full-bodied and robust considered to be Sturdy
Stylish
The distinctive and characteristic of the grapes is called stylish
Sulphur, SO2
An (Sulphur, SO2) anti-oxidant used to manufacturing most of the wines
Sur Lie

Supple
