Negociant  
Negotiants means  wine merchant buys grapes or already fermented wines, then ages, blends, bottles and ships them under his own label.  
Noble  
Refers to Grapes that helps to produce great,  of perfect balance and harmonious  the world's finest wines like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Riesling  
Nose  
The smell of the wine that indicates olfactory sense
Non vintage  
Wine blended from multiple harvests, also propriety style wine blending allows the wine maker to create a "House" special wines. Non vintage wines are particularly common in Champagne and sparkling wines.  
Nouveau  
Refers to youthful red wine with a style of light, fruity,  bottled and sold as soon as possible. Applies mostly to Beaujolais.  
Nutty  
Nut like aromas that develop in certain wines such as sherries or old white wines.  

Nebuchadnezzar
