Gamey
Describes the red wines which has the flavor of "Gamey" meats. Some time particularly found in the  Burgundian style Pinot Noir red wines. This is due to flaw in the wine making process.
Gewurztraminer
Describes the medium bodied, semisweet and lightly spicy white wine
Glycerin/Glycerol
It is a natural by product of fermentation process gives a sweet taste on the tongue tip normally found in the . high alcohol and late harvest wines.
Gnarly  
Often describes the overly extracted young red wine that kept for long time in touch with the grape skins.  
Grapefruit
Wine with flavor of Grapefruit
Grapey
Describes the characteristic of flavors and aromas associated with fresh table grapes. It is normally found in the fine wines.
Grassy
Often describes a wine with taste of grass or slightly vegetal tasting, frequently used to describe the flavor and aroma of Sauvignon Blanc.
Graceful  
Describes a harmonious or pleasing  wine.  
Green
A wine tastes like unripe grapes and lack fruit flavor. Most of time it refers to white wines specially Riesling and Gewürztraminer.
Green Harvest  
By trimming the bunches of of unripe grapes to decrease crop yields, thereby improving the concentration of the remaining bunches.  
Grip  
Firmness of flavor and structure. which helps give definition to wines such as Cabernet and Port.
