The morning sun rays gives the benefits to the vines (leaf) of Chenin Blanc and Shiraz to form structural bricks in grapes. This results in respective aroma in the wines. The soil is mixed with rocky structure & clay nature which allows the minarals to get permanent existence in grapes and enhance delicacy of wine.
