rays gives the benefits to the vines (leaf) of Chenin Blanc and Shiraz to
form structural bricks in grapes. This results in respective aroma in the
wines. The soil is mixed with rocky structure & clay nature which allows the
minarals to get permanent existence in grapes and enhance delicacy of wine.

Hand harvesting is the key activity to select
the proper ripen grapes, ensures the quality wine making. A practicing
oenologist taking care of the wine making at Rajdheer. He overturned
traditional wine making by initiating a series of process elements like
planting grape varieties according to soil condition and climate, proper
yields for greater concentration, harvest management. better sorting to cull
the best quality grapes, gentle pressing using pneumatic press to reduce
bitter tannins, temperature control etc. His approach flows towards greater
finess and complexity for Rajdheer Wines.
