We waited a few days longer than usual before
harvesting our Chenin Blanc. This was to let the juice in grape berries
become more concentrated and the sugar level to climb to more than 27 Brix.
The grape bunches then were harvested
selectively for making this premium quality dessert wine. It is truly "An
elegant wine with an intense pear flavor and silky mouthful.
A fantastic balance of alcohol with acidity
and sugar.
Vineyard:
The Vineyard is
located near Nashik city,
where the soil is a treasure of minerals and
weather which perfectly suites Grape plantation,
no doubt Nashik is known as grape city. It is
blessed with ideal climatic balance where
humidity is perfectly controlled with a 22-25
inch rainfall and North-South sunlight.
