Wine Maker's Notes:
The Mist of Sahyadri - Shiraz 2005 is deep
dark red in color while the nose shows characters of black cherry and
raspberry. The palate has a silky texture with a mix of spice and berry
fruit with integrated vanillin oak, good depth and fine soft tannin.
Chef's Suggestions:
The 2005 Shiraz is a good wine
and can be matched with lamb, cold meats, game poultry, casseroles, mature
cheese and mild curry.
