Wine Maker's Notes:
A medium gold chardonnay with full ripeness,
distinctive elegance & richness. Enticing expression of fragrant ripe apples
and peaches summing to a creamy nose. Bears a fairly complex palate with
excellent depth and well balanced acidity. Reminiscent of vanillin and light
toast imparted by quality French oak.
Chef's Suggestions:
The 2002 Chardonnay is good aperitif wine
and can be matched with moderate spicy Indian food.
