Made from blend of Viognier and Clariette
grapes, this bright wine is light golden in colour. Complimented by floral
notes and hint of honey, it is dominated by fruity aromas ranging from
peach, apricot and passion fruit. The mouth is full, rounded with crisp
acidity, and leaves an impression of freshness.
Vineyard:
Vines planted on the foot of Nandi Hills at an
altitude of 980m, have well drained soils,
temperate climate coupled with maturity achieved
with good sun. This gives the wine a distinct
character.
Chef's Suggestions:
Best enjoyed with
white meat and seafood. Serve chilled at 10 C -
12 C.
