  Wine Maker's Notes:   Golden yellow color with hint of honey. The wine reveals typical Sauvignon Blanc character, a degree of earth spiciness and some nuttiness too.

A rare complexion wine of this type, with balanced acidity medium weight with long alcohol finish. Additional flavor from oak wood makes this wine unique.

 
  Vineyard:   The Vineyard is located at Lasalgaon, Godavari valley, Nasik, where the soil is a treasure of minerals and weather which perfectly suites Grape plantation, no doubt Nashik is known as grape city. It is blessed with ideal climatic balance where humidity is perfectly controlled with a 22-25 inch rainfall and North-South sunlight.

Ample of water is drawn from Palkhed dava canal, Godavari River. New techniques of water management such as Drip Irrigation, Uniform flow of water, Controlled water supply system are used for continuous water supply.
A revolutionary and new technique of plantation i.e. “Y” system plantation is done where almost 1000 to 1100 plants per acre are planted. Natural grape growing is followed with organic fertigation. For best health of grapes and superior quality pest control is done frequently.
