Red wines are aged in small French and
American oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for periods varying from
vintage to vintage, the amount of time being determined by the winemaker
through constant tasting, so as to closely supervise evolution. The wine is
then bottled and cellared for at least 10 months in a controlled climate
environment before release.
Chardonnay is fermented in French and American barrels and stainless steel
tanks after the alcoholic fermentation and is aged “sur lie” to obtain more
complexity.
Some of the wines produced in our wineries are well known world wide
and have become some of the best selling Argentine wines: Navarro Correas,
San Telmo, and Cuesta del Madero, combining a total volume of 600,000 cases
sold annually world wide.
These top quality wine producers have worked with us during the last year
in the development of new wines and brands that we are now introducing in
the international market. |
