Dr. Phadtare moved to USA in 1960s after completing his M. A Sociology in University in Pune. Later he completed his Ph. D in sociology and continued his teaching carrier in Michigan State University, Michigan USA. In 1981 he returned to roots in Nashik, India with a major switch in profession teaching to farming.With his farming interest and researching background he helped to identify the suitable wine grapes for the Nashik area. Apart from that he designed several Landscaping projects for small bungalows to large hotels and also taking classes for some organizations.
