Wine filtration consist of three major stages.
· Trap filtration.
· Fine filtration.
· Sterile filtration.
Trap filtration : The purpose of Trap filtration is to remove finings materials like kg/de powders & other particles & to polish the wine. We can supply cartridge filters absolute rated at 5,10 & 20 microns depending upon your requirements.
Fine filtration : The purpose of Fine filtration is to remove yeast & for bio-burden reduction. We can supply cartridge filters absolute rated at 1.2 microns.
Sterile filtration : The purpose of Sterile filtration is to remove all spoilage organisms fro the wine. For this stage we can supply cartridge filters absolute rated at 0.45 microns, some wine makers prefered to use cartridge filters absolute rated at 0.65 microns for some of their robust wines.
We can also supply Filter Housings made of SS 316 for above stages of filtration.
