I am Shyam Sundar, I am in Adelaide (Australia), which is one of the premiere
Wine industry in the world. I am interested in knowing whether the Indian wine
manufacturers use Cork or Aluminium Capsules for bottling the wines. As the
world's best wineries are using Aluminium Capsules for their best selling
brands, I would like to know if India is also on the same path.

I know few Indian Wineries is started using the Aluminium screw caps. Chateau Indage is started using it for thier new products. Is there any pros and cons you would like to discuss?

Thanks for the reply. Can someone tell me the cost factor between useage of Corks and Aluminium Capsules. If possible please give me the cost details, type and design of the Capsules used. From where do you buy the caps and other allied details.

can you tell how to obtain wine manufacturing licence from tamilnadu goverment,fees for wine manufacturing licence.
